The guideline I think students violate most often is number 10:

Thou shalt always use a computer in ways that ensure consideration and respect for your fellow humans. This happens because internet-users often do not consider the person on the other side of the screen. It removes the human aspect of interaction and people say things they wouldn't say if they were speaking to someone face-to-face.

In the classroom, I think it's important to education students on the importance of this consideration and the affect their words may have on someone else. In severe cases, moderation of the internet usage for a student may also be helpful.
