Safety also means nurturing a student as a whole. I will keep my classroom unbiased and respectful. By being kind and accepting of others, my students can have a role model of how to behave in the classroom. I also will look for any signs of problems at home, and notify someone if needed. Lastly, I will hold myself accountable and my students accountable when necessary. School should be a safe and welcoming place.
