My internship at Summer of Tech gave me a voice that I didn't know I had. During the interview, I felt incredibly comfortable talking to my now mentor, Alana. The whole team at SoT made me feel welcome and that I belong.

When my internship began, Alana and Galena guided and supported me from the get-go. I've learnt so much about marketing and communicating effectively in a team from them.

My favourite routine was weekly check-in sessions with Alana on my career development, and we'd have a good yarn about managing life balance too. I loved working with Galena, my teammate; she shared her knowledge and incredible design skills and guided me on business as usual tasks.

Overall, I love the Summer of Tech team. Each member has helped and encouraged me along my internship journey <3.

I am excited to continue my career development in Marketing and UX with Summer of Tech!

I am very grateful and blessed to have had the opportunity to work as a SoT intern at BNZ this summer.

This internship has allowed me to apply all the theory and technical skills from my university studies into a real-life job within the IT industry. This experience has given me so much valuable exposure and a great head start to my career.

I'd like to thank the team at SoT for all their support, leading up to this internship. I'd also like to thank all my colleagues at BNZ who made this an unforgettable experience!
