Good morning dear tutor, Miss Karen;
I appreciate your valuable interest in my training in a second language, so necessary in a globalized postmodern world, and that is precisely what the video “What is Global Citizenship?. Which seeks to create an education for different cultures related to science, technology and peace, taking into account that there are many countries that share interests in economic and social policies; and the same needs as it is an interconnected world.
It is a reflection on the importance of educating families and individuals in a world of peace, where proposals are created to achieve peace and also transform reality. In general terms, it is oriented towards that global interconnectivity, which it seeks from the teaching of social sciences and citizen skills and thus fulfill the SDG sustainable development objectives.
For this it is important to have knowledge of the history of democracy and political thought. This video made me reflect on the importance of HUMAN RIGHTS in education without abandoning multiculturalism and thus forming citizens of the world.
