Giving this much important legacy to the future family member can be a bad idea. Because the family member could managing the business badly and this can cause losing profits.

Family members most of the time take silly decisions which led into loss. No plans were made by the family members that how they should play the role and how to operate. So for that reason, this may influence the personal family plan they have.
