Red meat has good source of protein as well which is good cause it helps repair and grow the body cells. Eating to much red meat however can cause a increase of bowl cancer. Red meat and processed meat tends to be high in saturated fat which can increase risk of heart disease and stroke but you can reduce you amount of red meant by eating more pulse(peas,beans and lentils) fish Quorn and tofu.</div>]]></description>

Meat alternatives are growing in popularity so here are some: Tofu, Quorn, Fish and Pulses. Red meat is a good source of iron which helps prevent anaemia red meat is also a good source of protein which helps your body cells grow and repair. If you eat to much red meat it could cause bowl  cancer.&nbsp;Red and processed meat is usually high in saturated fat which can give you a bigger chance of getting a heat disease or having a stroke. </div>]]></description>

There are some religions that exclude some meats, like Jewish people don't eat any kind of pork as they believe that pigs are dirty animals and they shouldn't be eaten. Meat alternatives are rising in popularity due to the increase of vegan and vegetarian diets, and people trying to reduce their red meat intake, some of these are: Quorn, Tofu, Pulses and Fish. Red meats are also a good source of protein, so they help with the growth and repair of body cells.  </div>]]></description>
