The impromptu lesson you gave from a student question on intentional observation vs. casual observation with the examples of hear and listen, see and watch shows your knowledge of content and flexibility in teaching!</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Love that the students pray the Lasallian prayer in French. My kids pray the Lasallian prayer in Spanish :)</p></li><li><p>lots of student participation with the original grammar lesson </p></li><li><p>good student engagement and behavior! </p></li><li><p>Ms. Mahoney, you never stop being so funny, which helps keep the class fun!!! I would've loved to take a French class with you! </p></li><li><p>I think there was a moment when you had made a mistake on the paper activity and a student corrected you. I'm not sure because it was said in french.          <title>Chef&#39;s Kiss!</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The lesson flowed smoothly through multiple well-paced activities: questioning and call-and-response, French tongue twisters, a movement-based bingo activity using previously gathered student information, and a crossword puzzle. Transitions were seamless, and engagement never lagged. Mahoney strategically shifted into English when addressing a counterintuitive grammar point (pronoun placement in positive vs. negative commands), ensuring clarity with very little use of English. When a student expressed confusion, Mahoney immediately shifted modes—moving to the board to visually clarify the concept—resulting in clear understanding. The balance between social, communicative learning and focused individual work was excellent, even prompting spontaneous, authentic language questions from students (“How do you say ‘agreed’?”). Overall, this was the work of a master teacher on a regular day: thoughtful structure, joyful rigor, and consistently high student engagement—chef’s kiss.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Brian covered Ms. Panlilio's class today. </p><p><br/></p><p>Started the class with the emotion wheel - good connection to outside material such as Pixar's "Inside out." Good activity for engagement between classmates. </p><p><br/></p><p>Good job walking the students through how to look up the articles they might need on EBSCO. Walk-throughs are helpful. </p><p><br/></p><p>I did not completely understand how to cite Chat GPT's work, both in-text citation and Bibliography citations. It would, perhaps, have been helpful to go over how to cite Chat GPT in more detail and maybe even give an examples of both in-text and bibliography examples using an example article.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Sorry and thanks!</p><p><br/></p><p>Sorry it didn't work out to watch you teach and thank you for your tireless work with the project kids.  </p><p><br/></p><p>The fall reference interviews are a very heavy lift and not only are you patient and terrier-like in getting all independent projects kids to show up, but you still have enough energy to get them fired up about their projects and resources to explore.  </p><p><br/></p><p>And now, in the spring, you get our toughest kids and I feel like I have someone to help me shoulder the burden at a time when I'm getting tired of pushing them along.  Thanks for shoving with me!</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
