         <title>ADDIE Models</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>i) Consists of five interrelated phases—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.<br>         a) <strong>Analysis</strong> - instructional problems is clarified, instructional goals, overall    <br>              objectives are establish and the learning environment, learner's existing <br>              knowledge and skills are identified.<br>         b) <strong>Design</strong> - design phase deals with learning objectives, assessment <br>              instruments, exercises, content, subject matter analysis, lesson planning <br>              and media selection and it should be systematic and specific.<br>         c) <strong>Development </strong>- developers create and assemble the content assets that <br>              were created in the design phase, programmers work to develop and/or  <br>              integrate technologies, testers perform debugging procedures. The <br>              project is reviewed and revised according to any feedback given. <br>         d)<strong> Implementation </strong>- the instructional designer delivers the content and <br>              materials to Learning Management Systems (LMS) or directly to the    <br>              trainer for live training events and also provides training needed to <br>              trainers, facilitators or instructors.<br>         e) <strong>Evaluation</strong> - consists of two parts: formative (present in each stage of the <br>             ADDIE process) and summative (consists of tests designed for domain <br>             specific criterion-related referenced items and providing opportunities for <br>             feedback from the users).<br>ii) Represents a flexible guideline for building effective training and instructional materials.<br><br>http://www.instructionaldesign.org/models/addie/<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Rapid Prototype Models</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>i)  Develop learning experiences in a continual design-evaluation cycle that continues throughout the life of the project. <br>ii) This cycle, known as the spiral cycle or layered approach, is considered to be iterative, meaning that products are continually improved as they cycle continues.<br>iii) Rapid prototyping allows the designer to start with a low fidelity medium (such as paper and pen) and move to increasingly higher fidelity prototypes as time goes on.<br>iv) There are two types of prototypes that can be developed:<br>      a) Vertical Prototypes – in-depth functionality for a few features,<br>      b) Horizontal Prototypes – entire screen with no underlying functionality<br><br>https://www.instructionaldesign.org/models/iterative_design/rapid_prototyping/</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>i) Instructional design is a process by which instruction is improved through the analysis of learning needs  and systematic development of learning experiences.<br>ii) Instructional design combines the <em>art</em> of creating engaging learning experiences with the <em>science</em> of how the brain works.<br>iii) Instructional design models help instructional designers to make sense of abstract learning theory and enable real world application.<br>iv) An instructional design model provides structure and meaning to an instructional design problem.<br>v) Typically specify a method, that if followed will facilitate the transfer of knowledge, skills and attitude to the recipient or acquirer of the instruction. <br> </div>]]></description>
