I had to quit because my joints were getting weaker the more pressure I put on them. I went to therapy for about a month and was told that I was good. I started doing gymnastics again in 7th grade. I was able to go to competitions this time. I kept going to practices until I was in halfway through my 9th grade summer. My knees would hurt too much when I would do my gymnastics routines. They made me quit until I knew that it was okay for me to do gymnastics again. I have to wear knee braces, which I don't wear. I can go to gymnastic practices again but I never have time to anymore. It might take a while but I want to know how to act like one and talk like one. In order for me to go and visit my family members in Guatemala I need to act more a latina.
