Everyone should be Kind, Caring, and Considerate. 
Kind: Kind language and gentle actions toward others.
Caring: We should give Mew our full attention and check in with others to make sure they understand assignments and don't feel overwhelmed.
Considerate: Everyone has something else going on. You don't know everyone else's so if someone is having a bad day don't make it worse and try to be understanding.
