I’d like to give some information about TurboCAD Deluxe 2019. The TurboCAD Deluxe 2019 is a basic and easy-to-use CAD program that is perfect for new CAD users. While it doesn’t contain as many tools and functions as more advanced software programs, it’s a powerful tool that can help you create 2D and 3D designs. The CAD software has lots of features, including custom tool palettes, 2D and 3D template models, and an easy-touse interface. The simple design and large icons make it a great choice for beginners. Moreover, it doesn't cost as much as similar products. Its 3D allows you make life-like designs. The toolbars are also customizable so you can rearrange them to make your workflow more efficient. However, it does lack some tools and features that can be found in more advanced software – the most notable being the lack of a command tool, which is standard for most CAD programs and gives you more control over your projects. In conclusion, I think TurboCAD Deluxe 2019 is one of the best beginnerfriendly CAD programs available, due to its low price and functions 

My name is Doanh - an apprentice in Samsung company. Today, I am going to make a report about an incident I witnessed at our workplace last week. Peter, who is 27 years old, is the injured party. He has worked in our company for a welding engineer in welding shop. The event occurred at Workshop1 at about 8.30 a.m. on December 20th. When He was welding Suddenly, he was unable to open his eyes, his eyes hurt, and his left hand got burn as well. After investigation, I determined that he neglected safety rules and forgot to wear a proper welding helmet and a pair of welding gloves. To prevent similar occurrences, I propose that our company should create a company handbook listing out all safety rules related to welding in the workplace
