Nowadays, greater crucial importance is paying attention to the pre-school trends and the vast majority of children's educational system. The literacy of education is increased by 16.8% throughout 2005-2010 and it includes 40% which is still reaming with 50% comparing to the other developed countries. Although there are several minor defects and shortages, the government of Kazakhstan is trying to grow up not only the educational system but also teacher training courses which are beneficial and profitable for developing literacy and socio economic prospective. Moreover, I have to point out that there several ideas are not so clear to comprehend such as professional development of the teacher problems are solved well and exactly.
