To commence with, education is considered one of the most important features in the formation of social, emotional and other crucial skills in Kazakhstan. However, there exists abundant evidence connecting education and socio-economic growth. They are the following: macro and micro level of suggestions.
Turkmenistan is the least globalized country in Central Asia, as it is closed to any language reforms after Russian. English is not welcomed being seen as a downfall for indigenous languages and cultural-traditional threat towards Turkmen nationality.

Turkey made an afford to increase English learning in Turkmenistan and sent a Turkish professor to work at Turkish-Turkmen school and Bashkent institutes. It can be accounted for a micro level language planning as it was not spread all over the country, but just at a particular school and institutes were provided with an EFL instructor.

In schools of the country, Turkmen is the only language of instruction, and students are not given any opportunities to study overseas. This macro level LPP is implemented all over the country and the main actor is the President of Turkmenistan. As a consequence of this policy, people have no stable access to the Internet and only a few elites acquire English and Russian to provide international communications.

For EFL/ESL teachers Turkmenistan is not a desirable place to work, as ESL jobs are limited by the government. Even students who want to study abroad for further development and desire to learn English cannot apply for international universities as their credibility and validity are questioned by foreign educators because of the corruption in the Turkmen educational system.

As education is main part of developing country , Kazakhstan requires a dramatic modernization of education, including significant and long-term increases in educational spending and quality improvement. For macro-level language planning in Kazakhstan there was established “Bolashak” which was an international scholarship by the President for youth Kazakhstan. Moreover, there are some social benefits for teachers and the employees who work at educational institutions according to their place of living. "1) housing accommodation, including service accommodation and (or) community housing, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and 2) the annual paid leave with a duration of 56 calendar days for teachers, and similar entities of the organizations of general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary, higher and postgraduate education; and 42 calendar days - for organizations of teacher training and methodological support, pre-school and secondary education" (“Laws of The Republic of Kazakhstan”, 2007). The workers of education teaching in rural areas, at the discretion of local representative bodies, have the rights for the following social benefits: 1) salary and wages set at rates higher by at least twenty five percent compared to the rates of teachers involved in teaching practices in an urban settings; 2) a lump sum cash compensation to cover the cost of utilities and the purchase of fuel for domestic heating from the budget in the amounts established by the decision of local representative bodies.
State policy on educational development in Kazakhstan

When it comes to the micro level of education, it is being created day by day and it requires more reforms than past. Nowadays, greater crucial importance is paying attention to the pre-school trends and the vast majority of children's educational system. The literacy of education is increased by 16.8% throughout 2005-2010 and it includes 40% which is still reaming with 50% comparing to the other developed countries. Although there are several minor defects and shortages, the government of Kazakhstan is trying to grow up not only the educational system but also teacher training courses which are beneficial and profitable for developing literacy and socio economic prospective. Moreover, I have to point out that there several ideas are not so clear to comprehend such as professional development of the teacher problems are solved well and exactly.

It also describes the state policy that focuses on the development of the education system in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Furthermore, the article also discusses the aspects in macro and micro levels and one of these aspects that the language planning policy is supported at the macro level is: The state policy in education provides several measures to modernize the training of teachers.
