On the 31st March, the UK switched to British Summer Time (BST), that means my favorite season in London is about to begin. The picture was taken at 8 PM, capturing the sun still up in the sky around 8 or 9 in the evening. Sometimes, we go for picnics after work.

The motto of my class when communicating is “ Be humble and receptive, and allow animals to teach you”. How I communicate to animals is to first feel blue strings or lines connecting to the animal you want to talk to in your mind. Then, think of the words you want to say to that animal, the words will slowly go into the blue strings/lines and the animal might send you a picture, words, or a feeling in reply afterward.

這堂課的格言：「謙虛、開放，讓動物來教你。」我跟動物溝通的方式是先感覺有一條藍色的繩子接到我要溝通的動物身上。然後，想我要跟動物說的話，這些話會慢慢的進入藍色的繩子，傳給動物，動物可能會回應你一張圖片、一些字或是一些感覺。

One of the practices in class is shapeshifting. First, ground yourself to the floor and start taking deep breaths. After that, imagine the animal you want to shapeshift into and realize two things you never noticed about that animal before. Once you shapeshift into that animal, think about your favorite food and place as that animal. Go to that place and walk around then notice some humans coming into your favorite place. How do you feel about it? How do you react to them? When the humans are gone, slowly change back to yourself. By doing this you can feel how the animals feel when people go into their home/habitat. I hope this helped you and understand animals more!

Today after work, I also went to Battersea Park to enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms, which always make me feel relaxed.

倫敦在這個季節充滿色彩，傍晚時分，許多人會出門享受夕陽和舒適的氣溫，讓這個城市充滿了活力。

今天下午，下班以後，我去Battersea公園，欣賞美麗的櫻花，放鬆心情。

我們去看長槍比武（jousting）。長槍比武（jousting）是一個古老的活動，已有五百年的歷史。

這個活動需要馬和騎士互相配合。兩個人要一邊騎馬，一邊把對方擊落馬。但是那天沒有人掉下來，因為他們都很厲害。
