         <description><![CDATA[<div>I used Kahoot to prepare a quiz to test the Theory element of Level 4 Information Technology Skills Exam.&nbsp; The learners found this to be e a very interactive and fun way to complete an assessment.&nbsp; Feedback was given and they could attempt the Assessment as many times as they wanted to.  Would not change anything</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I used Padlet to assess knowledge on H &amp; S legislation.&nbsp; I asked some to give employer responsibilities, and the rest to list employee responsibilities. This was completed in class at the end of the lesson.<br>Students liked the novelty of it and found it easy to use.<br>I will use it again for similar assessments.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'm about to start a workshop with a group of people I know nothing about.  Usually those first ten minutes are an anxious time when I am trying to find out how much they know and what is most important to highlight.  This time, because of what I have learned on this course, I will be collecting that information on Padlet before the workshop takes place.  I  am confident that this will do away with those first anxious minutes and allow me to host a focussed workshop.  I might lose the run of myself entirely and use Mentimeter as well!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I used a Kahoot quiz to test student knowledge in class on different Business Types.&nbsp; It's a fairly dull subject, and my students are all young and get bored easily.&nbsp; The kahoot quiz got their attention back in the room again and livened up the class.&nbsp; They loved the idea of using their phones and competing against each other.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Hi All<br><br>Just a<br>quick note on the apps i mention earlier<br>These are free apps&nbsp;<br>Apple - Seeing AI<br>Android - Google Lookout<br>These are designed for people with sight issues, however they can also be used in other ways like helping someone to read text<br>They can read short text like a message on a card, long text like a full page document, bar codes, Money etc.<br>You could give someone out written text for your presentation, using the camera on their phone of tablet it will then voice that text for them. They could have one ear phone in so it doesn't disturb the rest of the class .<br>It will also save it so they can go back and listen to it later<br><br>This app has been really useful to help some our clients.<br>Hope this helps</div>]]></description>
