Positive psychology is more than positive emotions (life's pleasure) which is often short lived. One can intentionally recraft work, love, play based on one's strengths (to create more flow). Also tap one one's strengths for something larger (to create meaning in life). Finally, physical health is as important as it affects the quality of a 'happy' life.

The pursuit of meaning and engagement contributes most to a full life. With meaning and flow, pleasure is amplified, leading to a greatly satisfying life, i.e. the sum is greater than its parts! Very often, we intuitively seek pleasure, perhaps because it's more accessible and less abstract than asking ourselves what's meaningful to us and what to engage in to be in a flow state. In the larger scheme of things, meaning is what's venerable and yet, still within reach, if we intentionally search, reflect and look within us.

To review programmes and processes (a very safe space for both teacher and students) as there are many things teachers do as part of work or students as part of their obligations and not because we truly believe in it. After a while, teachers and students just feel disconnected and know we are doing things just because we need to. I think it improves the engagement for both teachers and students which will then truly connect people together.
