I am Danguolė Tumėnienė from Lithuania. I am primary teacher at Lithuanian Sports University Kedainiai Ausra Progymnasium. I have been working at school for 35 years. My hobby is participating in various projects. This year I teach the 3-th grade students. They are 8-9 years old. Every school year we participate in eTwinning projects. We communicate with students and teach from other European countries.The children learn about the world around them through drawings, songs and games. My moto- „Let’s do it together!“

Lithuanian Sports University Kėdainiai Aušra Progymnasium is a general education school providing primary and lower secondary education, and also providing non-formal education. We believe it is very important to share this experience with teachers from other countries and to see how our colleagues work and what methods they use. It is very important for children to meet their friends from other countries and to discuss activities and experiences in their schools.

Module A1.Task 5.Benefits of eTwinning for your school. Our school has had an extensive experience in international eTwinning projects since 2015. The activities have been awarded with National and European Quality Labels. Our progymnasium is the European eTwinning School for 2018 – 2019 and 2020-2021 school year.
