         <description><![CDATA[<div>活動經驗分享<br>1） 參與者通過手部震動可與氣球溝通 <br>2） 氣球難控制 ，要學習互動， 此點可應用<br>3） 參與者表把氣球打落牆壁回彈， 通過此行動作為溝通方式， 較易控制。<br>4） 有男性參與者以溫柔手段， 與氣球互動， 將球變為對象，非死物來溝通，效果很好。<br>5） 發覺地心吸力對氣球之影響 ，如主人及奴隸之關係。<br><br>學到什么？<br>1） 眾人與氣球溝通的模式及表現的流程可不同<br>2） 此遊戲主要發揮個人對氣球的互動探索為主，並非團隊之行動。<br><br>主持: 遊戲這階段是個人的探索， 有時間的話可進化為群體活動也可以。 安排上建議可先作個人探索， 之後才作群體活動应比較容易進行。<br>3） 參與者很欣賞與氣球不同對話的形式。<br>4） 因參與者力度有異，亦可選择不參與，所以此遊戲作群體活動較難控制。<br><br>應用上的討論:<br>主持: 應用上可觀察不同人對球的互動<br>观: 對氣球的欣賞， 在活動後期很明顯<br>主: 相對第一個遊戲，因有不同物件,所以可有不同形式的探索。<br>观: 此遊戲應用在劇場上，如面对不同演員對手， 彼此可有不同的表現。<br>主: 此遊戲也可以用於面對不同的對象，如親子關係、夫妻關係等等。<br>观: 能表達互相欣賞 ，並產生聯想<br>主: 遊戲可表達到〈歸零控制狀態〉的情况:  即大力打球失控後 ，有所影響， 参與者被要求停下來，再欣賞 ，再觀察 ，才作行動。<br>观: 按氣球表現特性， 再調整溝通模式<br>主: 建議遊戲可循序漸進，用較熟悉之手接觸氣球。 亦從此可考慮日後用筆、用紙的創新方向。<br><br>帶组人 :  若兩個遊戲放在一起，第一個(Game 10) 可作為熱身之用， 並非作演出 。第二個(Game 11)與氣球觸碰遊戲，可作為身體之延續作探索，若以圍毆氣球方式 ，並非溝通，但可释放参與者的暴力情绪。 第一及第二個遊戲，其實可交叉應用。<br><br>Berry (Note taker) 在個人應用上的補充分享:<br>個人曾在學生教學活動中应用，以氣球代表不穩定因素在學生中傳遞， 使他们明瞭在當今變化不定環境中，應學懂如何把不穩定的氣球 ， 有效傳遞給下一位同學，才能使溝通順利，有時需要參與者主動爭取， 才會使傳氣球活動得以順利進行。 從而表明每個人在活動中積極爭取，及主動的重要性。<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>[ 1 ] Different Centre of Gravity between balloon and actor&nbsp;<br><br>Actors of every individual had paid full attention to the floating balloon . He/she&nbsp; had tried every effort to trace the balloon and gave it a pat or lifting in every&nbsp; direction as to prevent the balloon dropped. Impression with picture like the&nbsp; actor 's role as the master is very nervous focusing only want to control the subordinates, yet meanwhile the balloon had actually got its priority over the leader to master back its boss!&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>[ 2 ] Reminder from instructor:<br><br>To try with different possible postures and different parts of your body from head to toe&nbsp; and touch as many faces as you can on the whole surface of the&nbsp; balloon's different body parts. Actors exercised different parts of the body to touch with the balloon surface and yet still focusing on the prevention of the&nbsp; balloon will dropping on the floor!</div><div><br>But found the overall picture was more funful and the actors were start enjoying the procedure , together with&nbsp; playing and interacting with the balloon and&nbsp; not just&nbsp; solely want&nbsp; to control it!<br>&nbsp;</div><div>[ 3 ] The game pattern looks more juicy, colorful and harmonic as a whole. Got an impression as an individual game playing and not quite like a group game ! Every actor was only have her/his dialogue with their own balloons! How about if we can exchanged to touch each other 's balloon !? &nbsp;<br><br>Curiosity to know what another new pattern will create with different intervention !?</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>第一部份：人與椅子的相遇</div><div>這個遊戲是關於接觸椅子與人的關係，包括人對於椅子的觸感，遊戲中參加者會把椅子作為對象，並與其加入關係，過程中參加者會透過接觸，細心留意椅子的不同部份的細節位，以及觀察其立體的造型。</div><div><br></div><div>第二部份：人與椅子的關係</div><div>參加者透過與椅子的接觸，由椅子外在的造型，與參加者的內心</div><div>所產生連繫，這是「由外而內，亦是由內而外」，從而創作出屬於自己與椅子之間的關係動作，每個動作也有著參加者獨特的意思。</div><div><br></div><div>第三部份：請看，我的以及你的</div><div>參加者會按主持的安排，逐一展示自己所創作與椅子的關係動作，然後主持會給予一個編號給所展示的動作，並邀請其他參加者一同模仿。</div><div><br></div><div>當模仿別人時，其中有位參加者的動作帶有自信及滿有力量，模仿的參加者指出在仿效時，亦會慢慢被感染到那份力量。</div><div><br></div><div>另外參加者亦發現當遊戲規則設定愈少，則有助   予參加者的更大自由去創作。</div><div><br></div><div>參加者亦反映在展示動作時，眼睛的演繹亦很重要，閉上眼睛與張開眼睛所表達的感覺都有很不同。</div><div><br></div><div>遊戲應用：</div><div>(1)第一位展示動作後，請其他人模仿並說出所創作一句對白，最後由第一位說出自己的對白。</div><div><br></div><div>(2)參加者與椅子的依附關係</div><div>創作動作後，椅子對於參加者是什麼?主持可邀請參加者分享。</div><div><br></div><div>(3)同理心的覺察</div><div>模仿者在模仿別人的姿勢後，猜測那個姿勢感受，並分享之。加強人與人之間的關係。</div><div><br></div><div>(4)小朋友專注力訓練</div><div>讓小朋友記住別人不同的姿勢，訓練短暫記憶。</div><div><br></div><div>(5)遊戲分享題目：如果椅子是一個人?</div><div>提昇物件(椅子)的可塑性</div><div><br></div><div>(6)主持選定當中幾個姿勢的編號，然後在不同編號的中間停頓一下，讓參加者把所選定的姿勢串聯成為故事。</div><div><br></div><div>(7)遊戲分享題目：看了別人的姿勢，就個人的感覺，你覺得那個最像自己，那個最與自己不相似呢？</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>GAME 15</div><div><br></div><div>Version 1- 主持帶領，參加者選取自已的身體部位進行以口述指令，然後身體動作跟隨，進行舞台練習</div><div><br></div><div>參加者在執行先口述與後動作時，以為可精準地做出動作，卻發現手的姿態都有所不同，並不能做到精準。<br><br>有參加者表示當只動一個身體部份時，卻會帶動身體的其他部份。<br><br>有參加者表示當只動一個身體部份時，有spot light某個身體部份的感覺。</div><div><br></div><div>有參加者回憶起以往打籃球的姿勢。</div><div><br></div><div>觀眾認為當4個人於同一空間做自己已選定的動作，在觀眾的角度而言，並不知道演員做甚麼，4位演員並沒有關連。</div><div><br></div><div>參加者認為這是由身體配合場景，加強了大腦與身體的覺察。</div><div><br></div><div>有參加者表示因為專注於而分拆動作，因而令自己放鬆。</div><div><br></div><div>有參加者表示練習進行時有靜觀的感覺。</div><div><br></div><div>有參加者表示當進行口述動作的過程中，提昇了肌肉的敏感度。另外亦很欣賞主持的風格、聲線及其節奏的不同，亦令過程中有不同的影響和變化。</div><div><br></div><div>Version 2 – 自行用口述指令</div><div><br></div><div>有參加者完成後反映，進行時感到奇怪。</div><div><br></div><div>有參加者認為要口述動作很複雜，感到煩躁。</div><div><br></div><div>當主持要求要有「奇怪」的動作，有參加者會想像不同的場景來進入該畫面，如小孩子吵架。</div><div><br></div><div>有參加者認為自已進行的速度很慢，當做動作時仍未想到下一個指令，有不知所措之感。另外當進行一個動作時，參加者發現身體其他部份，如腰也因動作進行而郁動到。其中有一個狀態，發現自己沒有那麼為意自己正在運用身體。</div><div><br></div><div>有參加者把之前「煩燥之感」的情緒帶到下一個「奇怪」的動作之中，因而在演繹下一個動作時，提昇了不規則感、憤怒的情緒，以及不自在的感覺，這些都強化了身體的感覺。</div><div><br></div><div>有參加者認為像耍太極一樣，先用口述指令，然後再做動作，所以並沒有感到煩躁。</div><div><br></div><div>應用方面</div><div><br></div><div>小孩子的專注力訓練</div><div><br></div><div>帶領照顧者體驗思覺失調或肢體傷殘的狀態</div><div><br></div><div>兩個人一組，一位負責發出指令，另一位則負責執行，如帶出有關兩人溝通、同理心等主題、亦可應用於親子組、夫婦小組。</div><div><br></div><div>行為訓練：發出指令後才執行，</div><div>例子(1)我要用湯匙裝起食物。(2)我要舉起隻手。(3)我要放落口。</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

Use Music as a tool is an alternative efficient way .........</div><div><br></div><div>[ 1 ]  To accelerate the speed and pacing of the music is one usual way which can help a little on participants' alertness .</div><div><br></div><div>[ 2 ]  Set rule to allow participant to sit on the chair only after all musical instruments had stopped . Before head, introduce different instrument sound e.g. string instrument of violin and cello, woodwind instrument of flute and trumpet plus percussion instrument of drum, gong and so one . Silent instrument one by one and finally comes to the complete silence, than the participant can immediately grab the chair.</div><div><br></div><div>[ 3 ]  Change of Direction . To pick up one music instrument e.g. trumpet. When other music instruments silent, only the trumpet blowing, all participants need to change to opposite direction ! For example, instead of moving forward, all participants need to turn and moving on a backward direction. Repeated few times until trumpet sound had completely gone, than start to grab the chair. </div><div><br></div><div>[ 4 ]  Gesture Alteration : Begins the game in walking gesture , when music change , participants need to half kneel down and walk in slow steps , while music change again , resume standing walking gesture with normal steps again ... .... Thus repeated for 2 or 3 time and than stopped for all participants' turn to pick up the chair!</div><div><br></div><div>The above alternative ways will help keeping the participants in an alert stage without hypnotizing themselves when following the game rule in a rigid mechanical way. Surely will help diminished the Game players falling into the boringness and difficulty condition too!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>參加者在參與遊戲期間，由於執行facilitator「身體很重」的指令，保持身體扭曲的形態太長時間，減低了參加者的觸感敏銳度。</div><div> </div><div>參加者建議facilitator可向參加者作口頭的查詢以了解參加者的身體狀況，若參加者的身體狀況已不能支持，則活動見好就收。</div><div> </div><div>參加者建議facilitator 可設每30秒為限。</div><div> </div><div>參加者回應，當facilitator帶領TEFO的地板出現不同的場景，如農場、冰、火山、棉花糖，怎樣影響參加者的感官。</div><div> </div><div>參加者回應，facilitator需要留意參加者參與遊戲的期望(如：體驗，純綷玩遊戲)、參加者的耐力或體力等。若參加者表示「完未﹖」，若留意參加者的身體狀態，facilitator即時作出遊戲時間的調整。</div><div> </div><div>參加者回應，若參加者的心理狀態已準備好，就不會感到驚喜。</div><div> </div><div>參加者建議可做定格動作，然後用視覺去感受此時此刻。</div><div> </div><div>參加者建議facilitator可提醒參加者，那個重是怎樣的重。</div><div>「重到好緊﹖」「重到好鬆﹖」可以給予主流的想像，讓參加者更容易理解，</div><div> </div><div>參加者若對重有不同的想法，參加者也可自行調節。</div><div> </div><div>參加者建議facilitator需要留意參加者的身體狀態是否能支持那些「重」，了解對象的需要，按著他們的狀態來調節。</div><div> </div><div>參加者建議facilitator可具體形容那個「重量」，如5個蘋果，5磅的鞋等。</div><div> </div><div>參加者建議facilitator可在遊戲中間，讓參加者自行調節重量，facilitator可向參加者帶出跟進問題：「這個重量為你來講代表甚麼﹖」</div><div> </div><div>應用方面</div><div>體驗肢體殘障，想像殘障人士如何應付日常身活，以提昇同理心。</div><div> </div><div>在劏房的場景中，保持身體扭曲的形態，怎樣執行或處理生活的家務或工作</div>]]></description>
