What many of you are describing is perhaps the syllabus. The curriculum rather is everything the goes on around a programme of learning, including the syllabus and other documentation (e.g. the prospectus), as well as meetings, administration, teaching, planning, conversations with students, staff, external stakeholders,, teacher training, etc. As mentioned in one of the posts it is an umbrella terms for all of these things.
