As for the external, we understand how the opinions and views of others to us whether good or otherwise, for example the effect of our behavior on people around such as having a responsible attitude to fellow colleagues in a job. Among the self awareness archetypes are introspectors, aware, seekers and pleasers, these 4 traits influence one's internal and external factors.
