I ate at this place for the firts times to try a salchipapa and upon arrival there was terrible cleanliness,Bad service, wey arrived and they did not attend to us immediately, the dirty tables and it took a long time to bring US the food, the food was cold and seemend to need cooking.

For me the experience si very Bad. I prefer the restaurant "Salchis".

We go the last month, and the place was too small and dirty, the foods was cool and salty an the attention was too bad because we have too wait too much time for only two foods and they gave us little food, and the shellfish were rotting, the restaurant was too far away, the decoration was poor and ugly for us, the prices was to high. If you are fooddie like me you will hate this place.

I went to the Equatorian Cevicheria, and my experience was terrible; when the waitress served the food, the plate was dirty, and the worst part was when I started to eat because I found a hair in my ceviche!!

The rice was also cold, and the quality of the fish was terrible, the fish was not fresh the taste and the presentation of this was really awful.

When I asked for an explanation, the waitress yelled at me and didn't recognize that the dish was terrible.

I left this place without paying because I was unable to pay for that meal.

I recommend you always check the reviews before to visit any restaurant.

yes, the title gave honour to what i exeperienced. This was one of that things you would never forget.

Firstly, the dessert never came and they never paid us attention. Everybody was disgusted with the organization because our drinks fell 3 times, the meat was cold and hard as a rock. The place wa s full of insects and there was an insect in the sugar condiment. The bathrooms were unusable and the water black as petroleum, without saying about the toilet, and the wors was the prices: 19.99 for a piece of rock with bad French fries.

Some time ago, I went to New York and obviously I had to taste a New Yorker Hot Dog, but my expectation was so high that went I bought it and saw the presentation I thought, ok to be fast food is a poor presentation, but I gave it the opportunity because I had the illusion that was a tasty hot dog. but it was a complete dissapointment.

I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The ambiance seemed promising at first, but things quickly took a turn for the worse, the service was so slow. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, it took an unusually long time for a server to take our order. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and disgusting.

The real deal, however, was finding a hair in my food. It’s an understatement to say this was off-putting. Not only is it unhygienic, but it also speaks volumes about the kitchen’s cleanliness standards. When I brought this to the server’s attention, their response was Unusable and simple ,there was no apology or offer to rectify the situation, which only added to my frustration.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing from start to finish. Between the poor service, and unacceptable hygiene standards, I can’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money, and dine elsewhere.

The tables and place to eat were very comfortable and the birds sang.

However the service was very delayed and too cold. After that, the breakfast in the menu seemed delicious but it wasn´t there.

The breakfast was cold and very expensive.

I think that this restaurant gives the service only for the place and the nature.

The food in general isn´t good.

I wouldn't say it was that bad because we went back some times after that happened.

When i got in I noticed it was crowded inside, but I didn’t care and I waited to make my order, a simply bread order, they made me wait for almost 30 minutes just for 3 pieces of bread. At the end i asked for my refund and I left the place disappointed because i never was able to try those breads.

The waiter took our order after 15 minutes, and the food was served after 20 minutes. When we started eating, we realized that the food was cold, and the flavor wasn't really good. Also we saw that the plates were dirty. After this, we decided to leave the restaurant, and asked how much we had to pay, when the waiter said the tostal cost was 30$, we were so surprised, it was so expensive. We refused to pay that amount of money, so we told him that we were just going to pay 15$, he started shouting at us. At the end, we just paid 20$, and left the place.

After this experience I've been really careful when looking for a restaurant. I hope this never happens again!

I asked for one of their combos: Broaster Chicken with Fries and a side of rice. It was cheap, like 4$ with some cents, but once I ordered it, they absolutely took their own time. I waited for almost an hour, no waiter came to ask anything, not even the cashier. Once they noticed I was just sitting at one of their tables without a single plate and not even a spoon , they send a waiter to tell me, and I quote: "Our chef is busy so he will not prepare your order, you can leave, if you want". They got the nerve to not even prepare it, like, who do you think you are to take that decision? I asked them if they could give me my money back, because after all, they didn't even served me any food and I payed before. They refused, so many times, and excusing themselves like "It's not our fault, we shouldn't have to tell you, you should've asked first". Ask what? Isn't that your job? If I don't have any food at my table, isn't your job to come and ask if anything is wrong? Like, where's your common sense? For the love of God.

Anyways, I didn't even think about leaving that place without my money back, so I asked for the manager and when she arrived I complained about my experience. She apologized for her staff behavior and even gave me 5$ more as a compensation.

She was nice but her staff wasn't, she should think about hire new people that are actually happy and pleasant to do their jobs.

This place is sitting in “La prensa” very close to the pharmacy “Fybeca”. I remember one day I went to there with my boyfriend’s family. When we entered to this place, we could see a fantastic decoration. At the beggining it was amazing because the service was very fast and special.

We decided to order breaded shrimps with stew. The portion was very big and wonderful. The flavor also was delicious when I started eating, but after when I ate a little shrimp, the flavor was disgusting and awful. At the moment I decided to ignore and continue eating, it was a bad idea because the next day I had a stomachache and a lot of vomit.

I had to take a lot of antibiotics and rest. It was the first time that this it happened to me, therefore I had a very bad experience. Now, I believe that I’m very traumatized with the shrimps in general. But also no matter what, I’m never going back to that place again.

I was in a little town called Colmar. It was totally beautiful. I felt as in a Disney tale because of the homes in whole place! We decided that we have to go to a restaurant which has a great reviews and decided to go to one that had three Michelin stars! In that moment it wasn’t difficult for us to find one of this features because there were 5 whit Michelin stars there, at least! It was explained due to the amount of tourists in that place!

The name of the restaurant was ‘I don’t remember’ and it looked very fancy! People who served were very kind and ordered, there were three people serving each table even if there were just two people sitting there, like our table in which we were just my husband and I.

Anyway, we ordered food but we knew that in France the most meal is served not cooking well and we were fine with that but in this moment we wanted try something more cooked so we ordered a meal well done. It was a surprise when the waitress came with plates it didn’t look well done! We ask her if she could brought with the same plate but how we had asked! Well done! She answered yes but she warned that it could be a problem for the chef! We insisted and se accepted. After that se came with the meal a little bit more cooked but not in the term that we asked! It was medium still! She apologized with us and said that it was the maximum cooking that chef could accept because he didn’t want to burn the meal!

It was ok for us because we just didn’t want to eat raw meat anymore but we consider that this situation could be a problem for other people, definitely!

Even started to attend my order so I asked her for a refund and I come back angry and hungry to my home.

This restaurant was pretty nice at first sight: the tables and the place were clean and nicely decorated with colors that bring you to summer. However, the moment that it all started to go down was when I had to wait for 25min for the waiter to come to my table and give me the menu, also, the service was not the best, the waiter was so rude and didn't even try to be nice. The food wasn't properly coocked, I ordered meat and it was so uncooked that I was afraid it would start to say "moo". The drinks were acceptable, at least.

My worst experience with food, surprisingly it's not a restaurant. It's the bar at my school, and every day I have to eat there at lunch or starve the rest of the day. The food that they offer is pretty predictable and there's no much variety, therefore it only offers unhealthy food options such as snacks and fast food. The food normally doesn't taste bad but most of the time looks suspicious, and they always give you tiny food, for example once I asked for a hotdog, it was as simpliest as posible and he sausage had some green spots, most of the time I don't know if I'm gonna be poisoned. My highschool has around 250 students and all the time the bar is completely full, the service is great but the time it takes to order while waiting in line it's not worthy therefore the time you have to wait for your order is around 10 to 15 minutes, the duration of our whole break. The prices year after year keep getting higher and the amount of food decreases, which for me just ruin the whole experience. If it was my decision I would have never eat there at first. But it's part of the school experience, thankfully it's my last year. -Maria

First, I have to mention the service. The waiters were kind of rude with the costumers, and when I asked about the menu, they shouted at me. I was so uncomfortable with that situation, everyone in the restaurant listened to the screams.

Actually, the place was cute, the bathroom was clean, but when the waiter gave me my food, a weird smell came in. It was like a stale fragrance, I analyzed the food and I realized that the meat was dirty, literally I found a hair in my meal, and I felt disgusted.

My family were so mad that they didn't even pay.

The worst part was the food: the prices were very expensive for the quality offered. The dishes arrived cold, poorly presented, and tasteless , far from what I would expect from a restaurant that saw be traditional and family-oriented. On top of that, the portions were very small, making the value for money even worse.

Honestly, it was an experience we would not want to repeat. There are plenty of other places where you can eat much better, in a cleaner environment, and for a much fairer price. I do not recommend this restaurant.

First, we waited 20 minutes to get a table, and there were many empty tables. The waiter was not friendly. He looked tired and angry. He did not say hello or smile.

Then, we ordered shrimp ceviche and fish ceviche. We waited 40 minutes for the food. When it came, the shrimp ceviche was warm, not cold. The shrimp tasted old and the lemon was too strong. The fish ceviche was small and full of onions. It was not fresh and not tasty.

We also ordered drinks, but the waiter forgot them. We had to ask again. The drinks came after we finished eating.

The place was noisy and not very clean. The bathroom had no soap or toilet paper.

The food was expensive for the quality. I paid $12 for the ceviche and $3 for a soda. It was not worth it. I left feeling hungry and disappointed.

I do not recommend this restaurant. I will not go again.

As soon as we arrived, I knew we were in trouble. The host greeted us with a confused look, like he had never seen a reservation before. After a 20-minute wait next to the restroom (which, by the way, had no door), we were finally seated at a wobbly table right under a flickering neon light.

We ordered drinks. Mine came 25 minutes later, warm. My friend’s never arrived.

Then came the food—or what I assumed was food. I ordered the “house specialty,” which turned out to be a suspiciously cold guinea pig served on a bed of soggy fries and regret. My friend got “grilled chicken” that tasted like it had been microwaved straight from 1998. We flagged down the waiter to complain, but he just nodded, muttered “interesting,” and walked away.

Midway through dinner, the lights went out. The generator kicked in five minutes later, but only powered up the kitchen and a speaker playing reggaetón at full volume. We shouted at each other for the next 30 minutes just to keep the conversation going.

To top it all off, the bill came with a mysterious “Ambience Fee” and a “Chef’s Inspiration Surcharge,” which we still don’t understand. We left hungry, deaf, and mildly traumatized.

A year ago for Christmas I went to New York, the day we arrived my uncle invited us to a very nice restaurant but a little bit expensive.

In the restaurant there were all kinds of food when I ordered it was a salmon I imagined it as a sushi type but it was the most unpleasant salmon I tried, it had a half spicy flavor but sweet at the same time. In the end I ended up eating my sister's dish a little and he took me spoiler alert I never ate it

After we ate some pizza and pasta we return to our apartments. In my case my stomach started to hurt and at night i felt more bad.

This Restaurante was inside a cave, and we asked if the wait time was long since we didn’t make a reservation, and they say it was not long, so we decided to stay. Clearly that was the first red flag because we waited almost two hours.

Then, the table was not clear when we arrived at it.

And the bathroom was dirty.

Next time, I recommend first looking at social media if you want to try something new.

Now, I try to go to clean restaurants and bars, and I order well-cooked food.

One day I went to a small food car that sold shawarma, a very popular place I think because there were many people.

When they served my plate I realized that the employee wasn’t wearing gloves, he just touch the food with his dirty hands, and with the same hand he took people’s money, i just look the tortilla with chicken and I couldn’t eat it.

When we arrived, no one welcomed us. Even though I understand that restaurants on that day were busy, the restaurant was not that crowded.

Fifteen minutes had passed, and nobody paid attention to us. Also, there were a lot of people complaining about how much time their food was taking. They were starving.

After 45 min of waiting we decided to leave, and my mom was hungry and I was so upset. At the end, we went to McDonalds. :(

To make matters worse, the restaurant forced us to pay at the entrance. Consequently, even though we couldn't eat the contaminated food, they refused to offer a refund. We left the place hungry and frustrated after wasting our money.

The service was terrible and the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs!

I was with my family and... Well, the floor was dirty and the atmosphere was unpleasant, the staff were rude and not helpful at all, we had to wait a long time to be served, the worst part was that the food was terrible, it was cold, badly cooked, and had no flavor. The drinks were awful, and some of them had hair on it.

Overall, this was one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The seafood wasvery fresh and flavorful and definitely worth the wait. The patacones were crispy and well prepared making them a perfect side dish.

The interior design was pretty nice, and also the bathrooms was clean.

Even thought the service time could be improved, the quality of the food makes this restaurante worth visiting.

First, the service was bad. They took a long time to bring us our food, and when we tried it, it was cold, hard, and tasted bad. But the worst part was when we were trying to find something good to eat and found a dead spider in the tortillas. It was the worst experience of my life.

It was really unpleasant. We left the four full plates there and told the waitress and the owner that we weren't going to pay for that food.

The waitress didn't come with the bill, and my husband went to pay in the from desk.

My worst restaurant experience happened when I went to a fancy restaurant in the Florida Keys.

The place was expensive but I was excited to try the food. I ordered a fish dish that looked delicious. However, no one told me it was spicy.

When the dish arrived, it looked amazing.

I started eating it, and it tasted really good at first. On top of the fish there was something red I thought it was just peppers but suddenly I realized it was a very strong hot chili.

My throat started to feel like it was closing and I began coughing a lot. The spiciness was unbearable. The staff gave me some milk to help with the burning sensation but it was still very intense. I felt uncomfortable for about 15 minutes or more.

That experience completely ruined my meal.

Even though the restaurant was expensive and I had a very bad experience.

If you are looking for a dining experience that will make you swear off seafood for the rest of your life, you should definitely go to Megaviche. I went there one day expecting a nice meal, but when my order arrived, I was horrified to see that the wooden board serving the seafood was covered in mysterious, gross black stains.

To make matters worse, as I looked closer, I found a hair perfectly placed right on top of my food. Between the filthy serving board and the uninvited guest in my meal, my appetite vanished instantly. Honestly, it was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I left that place absolutely disgusted and headed straight for somewhere that actually cares about basic hygiene. I am never going back!

Another problem was the atmosphere. The place was very noisy, and there were people screaming and talking very loudly. What made it worse is that the staff did nothing to control the situation, so everything felt disorganized and uncomfortable.

The service was also not very good. The staff seemed confused and did not pay much attention to customers. We had to wait a long time for help, and they did not check if everything was okay.

My opinion of this place, I do not recommend this restaurant. It is too expensive, the food is not good, and the atmosphere is not pleasant. I expected a much better experience.

When I was a child, I had gone with my family to Ayangue. We heard the lobsters in Ayangue are delicious. We had searched a tipycal restaurant in the zone, then a man served us lobsters for each one. It was my first time to eat lobster. The taste was strange. I supposed the taste of lobster should be in that way.

At the end, I suffered from intoxication and I had gone to the hospital. I heard the Ayangue lobster isn't good in summer.

Take care about eat lobster in there place.

When I was in Tonsupa with my family for New Year's, I went to a pizza restaurant (I know, it's absurd to eat pizza on the beach). The place was very nice, but it didn't have air conditioning and it was very hot; inside it felt like an oven.

The service was terrible we waited 20 minutes to be served. We ordered two medium pizzas, the wait was an hour, and when they finally delivered the pizzas they looked like personal pizzas, the flavor was terrible and the price was very high. I don't recommend that place.

Last year, my children and I went to Center of Quito to eat the famous seco de chivo. First, the restaurant was in a small passage. It was not very nice, but I had heard it was traditional. Also, there were no dishes for children, and each plate cost $10 + IVA + service, so it was about more $10 per plate. While we were eating, we found a hair in the food. It was not a good experience. Finally, my children did not like the seco de chivo :(.

In a famous traditional restaurant in the historic center of Quito, which has been in business for many years, my family and I went to eat. The food had good flavor, but there was a serious problem: in one of the dishes, we found a piece of glass about 7cm long.   

Fortunately, the person eating that dish removed it from their mouth. This situation was very dangerous, if a child had eaten that dish, they could have been seriously injured. When we told the waiter, he couldn’t believe it and informed the manager. They apologized and didn’t charge us for the bill.

The experience was very disappointing. The food was very expensive compared to the portions they served. Also, the taste was not very good, and the place was uncomfortable.

Although this restaurant has many locations, i think it is because a lot of people go to these restaurants for the food, but i didn’t enjoy it.

It was awful because i expected delicious food and better service for the price.

I reacted by finishing my meal, but i decided not to return to the restaurant again.

Last month, I went to Noe Sushi Bar with my family for dinner. We chose this restaurant because we wanted to try sushi. Unfortunately, the experience was awful. When we arrived, we had to wait a long time for a table, and after ordering, our food took almost an hour to arrive. Some dishes were not fresh, and the order was incomplete. The staff seemed distracted and did not solve the problem quickly. The prices were expensive compared to the quality of the food and service. I felt very frustrated and disappointed because we expected a pleasant meal. In the end, we left unhappy and decided that we would not return to this restaurant in the future unless I try again and change my point of view. Although the restaurant is very well known, the experience was not so good, although some friends of mine have told me to try again to see if I change my decision, since I really like sushi and maybe it was only that day.

For example, I ordered a beef steak with French fries and salad, and my mom ordered a beef with mushroom sauce and potatoes. Everything was very delicious.

The French fries were not greasy or cold. The service was excellent, and the waitresses were very friendly.

I really like the salad because you can choose the vegetables and toppings you want on your plate.

The drinks are also delicious. They offer options, with alcoholic and without alcoholic drinks, soda, sparkling water, and more.

I really enjoyed my experience there.

Last month, I went to Rock and Mint with my friends. The restaurant is in Quito. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very nice. The service was friendly and we had a great time.

However, I think the prices were a little expensive. I know other restaurants that offer similar food for a lower price. Even so, I enjoyed my visit and I would recommend this restaurant.
