         <description><![CDATA[<p><br></p><p><em>The Present Continuous is used to talk about actions happening right now or in the near future.</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>Structure:</em></p><p><em>Subject + verb “to be” (am/is/are) + verb + -ing</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>Examples:</em></p><p><em>• I am studying English. (Estoy estudiando inglés).</em></p><p><em>• She is reading a book. (Ella está leyendo un libro).</em></p><p><em>• They are playing soccer. (Ellos están jugando fútbol).</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>📌 When to Use the Present Continuous</em></p><p><em>1. Actions happening now:</em></p><p><em>• He is talking on the phone. (Él está hablando por teléfono).</em></p><p><em>2. Temporary situations:</em></p><p><em>• I am living in Panama for a few months. (Estoy viviendo en Panamá por unos meses).</em></p><p><em>3. Future plans:</em></p><p><em>• We are visiting the museum tomorrow. (Vamos a visitar el museo mañana).</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>⚠️ Spelling Rules for -ing Form</em></p><p><em>1. Add -ing to most verbs:</em></p><p><em>• play → playing, read → reading.</em></p><p><em>2. Drop the final -e and add -ing:</em></p><p><em>• write → writing, make → making.</em></p><p><em>3.
