The tea leafs need to be handpicked from the tea tree, so the number of labors is a critical part of tea production. During the 1800s, more and more labors, or tea farmers, were required following the increasing demand for tea. The tea-farmers needs to get rid of pesticides and weeds that will damage the growth of tea tree. When the tea leafs are matured and ready to harvest, the tea farmers will separate tea leafs from the tea tree.
