Everybody likes to watch TV and everybody has a favourite TV programme. I want to tell you about my favourite TV programme. I like to watch TV programme ''Travel Man'' very much because I enjoy travelling. My favourite TV programme is Travel Man being broadcast by Channel 4 . It is a very popular show. It is broadcast on Thursydays, at 7.30 . It is anchored by Richard Ayoade . It is actually a travel show where Richard Ayoade travels in different countries and he presents different places, museums and their foods and culture. Many people like this programme because it is highly entertaining . I don't only enjoy the programme as a means of entertainment, but also I can learn many things about other countries. I love this show and do not miss even a single episode. I like this show and suggest my friends to watch the episodes. I am not against movies, dramas or dance shows, but we should watch such programmes that increase our practical knowledge.

Today, I am going to talk about my job.
Firstly, I am going to talk about where it is.
Secondly, I am going to talk about my duties.
Thirdly, I will talk about my relationship with my colleagues.
Finally, I am going to talk about how Covind 19 affected my job.
So, firstly, where is my job?

I have been working at KFC for almost two years.I am working as a chef. My place of work is a mile away from my home. It takes me about twenty minutes to walk from home to my work-place, so it is convenient for me.
The shop is located in Perry Barr so it is very busy shop because many people come there.
Secondly, my duties.
I work part-time, for four days a week.
I am responsible for cooking different chicken dishes, such as hot wings, chicken fillets, zinger chicken legs. There is a lot of pressure because I have to prepare the dishes quickly.

Thirdly, my colleagues
We are employ about fifty people in different shifts.I like to work in the morning shift because in the afternoon shift I find it difficult to close the shop in the evening and do all the cleaning. Aslo, in the afternoon it is busier than in the morning. I like my friendly and helpful colleagues because we cooperate with each other. We try to make each other's work easier, to help each other.

Finally, Covid 19 and how I was affected.
In the first lock-down the shop was closed for two months and I stayed home. I was paid 80% of my salary.
After that we went back to work, but we have wear masks and keep two meters distance. It was very busy over Christmas and New Year. Now we do a lot of online deliveries and drive through service.
This is the end of my talk.
Do you have any questions.

My children were excited because we spent the whole day in Brighton and came back in the evening. Brighton is a seaside resort which is close to London. Brighton has so many attractive places, such as Royal Pavilion and Brighton Museum,Brighton Fishing Museum, Brighton Palace and the Pier ect . That day was very sunny and lots of tourists came sea side. The city’s sea side area is most popular because the beach is very long and the whole beach area has lots of rocks and shells. I saw fish aquarium and we walked on the Pier. On the Pier, there is a restaurant. There are pizza shops, coffee shops and ice cream shops. We ate pizza and ice cream. I bought one souvenir, a ceramic white bird, which looks beautiful. My children had lots of fun activities, including playing in the sea.
We had a brilliant time.

Hafiza
A person you admire
The person for whom I have deep respect in my heart is my mother. Her name is Jahera Choudhury. She is 60 years old, but she is still fit ,healthy and beautiful. She is a house-wife who does not have higher education. However, she made sure I did receive good education because she sent me to primary and secondary school. Whatever I am today is because of her hard work and encouragement. She spent most of the time looking after us and our needs, namely the needs of my sister and myself.
Usually her day started at 5 o'clock in the morning and ended at 11 o'clock at night.
Her life is an inspiration because whenever I am in a difficult situation I remember how she managed to overcome difficult situations. For example, when my father died she was able to still manage our family finances and help me and my sister.
She is the most important person in my life because she did everything for me, unconditionally.
She taught me many things about life and being a strong woman. The things she taught me help me today because I am a mother who has to look after a child with special needs. I have to be strong and patient just as was with us.
My mother is a most adorable and caring person I have ever met. She is kind-hearted woman who helps others in her neighbourhood as well as our tenants. For example, she understands if they cannot pay the rent for a month or two and does not take money from them. Her hobby is spent time with children. She likes looking after the children of our tenants and playing with them.
My mother is my best teacher. Finally, I would like to say that,my mother is my role model whom I love to follow till my last breath. I feel privileged to have her in my life.

Health foods
My presentation today is about healthy eating.
Healthy food is important because it gives us vitamins and minerals, so people should eat food such as fruit and vegetables, as they help prevent illnesses, diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart conditions.

I personally have high blood pressure and some diabetes, which is why I do not eat foods that have a lot of salt, sugar of fat.
Another point is that we should eat fish because it has Omega 3, which makes our body stronger and helps our memory.
Some carbohydrates, such as brown bread, rice, brown pasta are also very important because they give us energy. Also, it is very important to drink plenty of water because it keeps our body hydrated and it makes our skin look younger .
By contrast, the traditional food in my country is not so healthy, but it is delicious. We make dolmas, which are vine leaves rolls with mince meat, rice, tomatoes, parsley and other condiments.
I do not cook them very often because they are not very healthy.

Hello, my name is Mubina.
My presentation today is about people I admire.
Today I am going to talk about the people I admire, who are my parents.
My parents live in India, in the city of Khed, in the state of Maharashtra.
My mom and Dad are both strong people because they both went through many difficult moments in their life.
My family have always been very poor, but my parents have still managed to look after myself, my brothers and sisters. They have taught us good manners and values.
They maintain very good relations with our extended family.
My parents have only got primary school education, which is why they do not have well paid jobs. Instead, my father opened his own small business - a bakery making samosas and pakoras. He opened it in 1997, but he had to close it after five years. Since then, my father has been working for other people in other shops.
Even though they are struggling with money, my parents are very helpful with other people. For example, they have been helping friends and relatives with weddings, parties and funerals.
Whatever I am today is because of their hard work and encouragement.
They have taught me how to be strong in difficult times and not to lose hope. They are the most important people in my life. When I go to India they come to collect me from the airport. I am so happy that they are my parents!
This is the end of my presentation.
Do you have any questions?

They bought lots off gifts for me and my children .
We stayed there for a while.
I took my children out to different places and they enjoyed very it very much because they were visiting Pakistan for the first time.
We looked at the beautiful buildings and we went out to eat at lots of famous restaurants. I take my children to showed them lots off famous historical places like Minaret Pakistan, which is in Lahore, and Faisal Masjid, which is in Islamabad. One day I took them to Khari Sharif Darbar .
Finally, we had to return to the UK. We had to wake up early in the morning, at 3am, to get to the airport on time, because my parents' home is far from the airport. We booked a minibus because we had so much luggage. We bought a lot of things there! This is the end of my talk. Do you have any questions?
