This is the process of how food and drinks get digested through the body. It starts off in your mouth with your tongue, teeth, and saliva breaking down the food. After the mouth the food and water goes into your esophagus. Then shortly after the food and water go into your stomach along with the stomach acids breaking down food even more and secretes acids and enzymes that digest the food. The next step is the small intestine, which absorbs minerals and nutrients from food. The next step is the large intestine which takes water from the digested food. Then the final step is excreting the digested food.

Often of food, vitamins, and drinks there are false advertisements leading you to believe they will do things to your body that normally are over a process of time. For example a energy drink might say 10 hour energy but in reality it only has 1. Another popular example of false advertisement is rapid weight loss from consuming the advertised product. These can be harmful to you body and digestive system. Its always best to consult a doctor or nutrition before taking anything that can do things in rapid time. The most popular false label is 0 calories or fat free. Normally for a product to say that it needs to have below 5 calories or 5 grams of fat falsely advertise that. Many of the fat free or calorie free food are a healthier option then full fat options but still contain a fat content. Sugar free sodas and candies are also a hazard too. They contain artificial sweeteners and colors to made the product taste just as sweet but without the sugar. Ultimately sticking with the regular option can be healthier depending on the product.
