Which are of the core 4 comes naturally to you?

One would think the Data Driven Decisions would since that was my role for the past 2 years, but surprisingly the Student Reflection and Ownership. For Data meetings we use the ATLAS protocol and to nerd out a bit, my favorite column is always the "Implications" where teachers, supervisors, students, etc need to reflect on what worked, what didn't, and how to improve.

2. I'd like to explore Flexible Content and Tools more since it's ever changing and I like to know what the "next best thing" is.

3. I LOVE the update from Digital Tech to Flexible Content and Tools. We had a lot of push back from districts where digital isn't always an option due to service. This is broad and encompasses more living it open to interpretation.

I think it is important to understand how they could be helpful and when to use them. Also, it is helpful to know when a model may not work. A flipped model would not be idea for a complicated concept, especially if you have students with difficulty following multi-step directions.
2. What would you NOT want in your instructional model?
I think it is about having choice for students. Making sure that the model you choose is effective for the students you have and understand that you may need to stray away from some types of models based on the needs of your students and content you are teaching.

I think I am most comfortable with Flexible Content and Tools. I have created so many different materials to provide differentiation within my classes that allowed students to build / reinforce skills at their level,. I am not well-versed in the technology portion so this is a part of my learning curve.
I think I would need to be more mindful about having students to the reflection. I reflect on my practice, but I didn't always give a dedicated time for students to do that.

How might you utilize this framework to support your teachers?
First I need to say it stressed me out just thinking about all the different types etc. and How I want to make it all more personalized.
OK So I came up with first creating the understanding of Why do we need to look into education differently. then I can see using the inventory of curriculum to look and see what is already available to them. THis then lends itself to creating activities with things you already have and without you needing to recreate. So for me the step one is to reduce stress over the thinking process of this.
