         <title>Have something on your screen as the kids come in i.e. Google Slides. A question for them to think about, a task (e.g. write down two things you&#39;re proud of  etc). Helps behaviour and gives you time to mute them, monitor attendance etc.</title>

         <title>Jamboard is a good Google tool for having a whiteboard - I present my screen and then go to the board and type / draw on it, you can share it with their google logins too and they can add sticky notes to it. You just need to get them to download it before the meeting so it&#39;s ready to go :)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ours is very structured to:<br>We greet all of the children joining and have a chat while waiting for more children to come on. We then go through the rules/expectations, we do the register, go through the activities (Literacy, Maths, Creative/Topic), any questions, games - phonics &amp; maths games &amp; scavenger hunts, we then do show and tell or celebrate the children's work with plenty of praise.</div>]]></description>

Can leave as many as you want. We use it to explain MNP Journal question and think out loud. Also use it for answers in arithmetic starter (with reminders for them to be honest and listen to mark after they have tried)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our children are so much younger and we have parents who are still getting to grips with the school system so we are keeping it very structured and the same everyday at the moment.<br>I post a good morning facebook message with a timetable for the day. Activities are posted at the same time each day.  In our google meet, we start with the good morning song, maths input, literacy input then wave goodbye. <br>The afternoons learning challenge is based on what was shown in google meet so parents are able to see what we want from the children.   <br>The children are really engaged i our sessions so far.<br>We text those who did not attend and phone those who need a bit of extra encouragement to join us. As parents are getting more familiar with it, our numbers are slowly growing.<br>Mini ends the day with posting photos from the google meet to thank those for joining us and to encourage others to join.</div>]]></description>
