I post a good morning facebook message with a timetable for the day. Activities are posted at the same time each day.  In our google meet, we start with the good morning song, maths input, literacy input then wave goodbye. 
The afternoons learning challenge is based on what was shown in google meet so parents are able to see what we want from the children.   
The children are really engaged i our sessions so far.
We text those who did not attend and phone those who need a bit of extra encouragement to join us. As parents are getting more familiar with it, our numbers are slowly growing.

You can also give verbal feedback on assignments and there's an option for it to transcribe your note into a different language which is good for our EAL.
