Help writers track their own progress towards their goals. Help them understand they are making progress. Student engagement regarding their progress. </p><p>4. As a teacher your goal is to progress so acknowledge small increments of growth.</p><p>5. No one week of teaching will allow students to MASTER a skill.</p><p>6. Look at progress or lack there of as feedback on your own instruction. </p>]]></description>
