I would give her her mother back. I would bring her mother back to life because she died overdosing on drugs when Jem was just a young girl. Ever since, her childhood became rough due to home hopping, and feeling generally isolated.

Jem has endured a lot of loss in her life, and some trauma could be relieved by bringing some of them back. I would also bring Spider back from the dead. He meant the world to Jem; he was her first love and the father of her child. She needs her husband, and her baby needs his father, so I would grant her that gift. She would probably like this gift the most and would see the beauty in life if she truly received it.
