         <description><![CDATA[<div>A 2011 study found that healthy adults can go from 4,000 to 18,000 steps / day. The number of steps per day can be divided into the following levels:<br><br></div><ul><li><strong>Sedentary:</strong> Walk less than 5,000 steps a day.</li><li><strong>Moderate exercise: ranges</strong> from 7,500 to 9,999 steps per day.</li><li>Be physically <strong>active:</strong> Walk more than 12,500 steps daily.</li></ul><div>The goal of 10,000 steps / day is quite suitable for healthy adults. However, setting a goal of how many steps a day depends on what you practice for.<br><br></div>]]></description>
