Once I woke up and the door of my room was open, I saw a totally black shadow, I got scared , I lay down and covered it completely. I have two cats at home, they sleep on my bed over a corner. Sometimes they both stand still looking an specific point where there is nothing. They keep staring that point for a quite some time. This wouldn't be relevant, but each time this happen I can't sleep well, I even have nightmares those nights.
