Herbert Hoover Presidency
President Herbert Hoover was also a republican president in office from 1928-1932. Hoover takes a lot of blame for the Great Depression because he was the president during the stock market crash of 1929. His slogan was "rugged individualism"

Fashion Trends during he 1920's consisted of Below knee length drop waist dresses with a loose, straight fit and Beaded evening dresses inspired by “flappers."
