Using a glue gun that can apply a low melting point modified polycaprolactone polymer into a wound to close it. The adhesive bonds with wound tissue, like muscle, fascia, not just skin and is elastic enough to hold the entire wound together, unlike other bioadhesive that can only be applied to the top of the wound bed. Tissue glue that is non-toxic, less painful, easy to apply, and reduces scars to larger wound areas would be attractive not only to dermatologists, but also surgeons down range in military medicine.
