But not every act of hacking rises to the level of a crime. Because of the varying degrees of hacking and its increasing prevalence in modern society, it's important to understand when hacking becomes a crime.

The web and social media have become a part of everyone's daily life for quite some time now. Just like adults, young people also use digital platforms to nurture their relationships.

In 2002, the term "cyberbullying" was coined by scholar B. Belsey, and the scientific community began studying the phenomenon. To explain what cyberbullying means, researcher P. Smith defined it in 2006 as:

"An aggressive and intentional act, conducted by an individual or group of individuals, using various forms of electronic contact, repeated over time, against a victim who has difficulty defending themselves."

From this definition, it is evident that the main difference between cyberbullying and traditional bullying is the absence of the physical component that characterizes many instances of bullying.

The relationship between the bully and the victim is typically based on real-life knowledge, as they live in the same city and frequent the same environments. In contrast, a cyberbully may be a person who does not actually know the victims but only their usernames and profile pictures.

Maria: Additionally, it is important to have a good understanding of privacy settings and options on social media and other websites, as well as familiarity with content creation tools such as video editing, photo editing, and web design.

Interviewer: What advice would you give to those who want to improve their digital knowledge?

Luca: I recommend taking time to explore new technologies and digital tools, taking part in online or face-to-face courses to acquire new skills and being curious and experimenting with new digital solutions.

Maria: Additionally, it is helpful to follow blogs and podcasts on the topic of technology and digital knowledge to stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the industry.
