The causes of the peasants revolt are low wages, new taxes, woman being harrassed.<br><strong>Q2:</strong><br>The Church had the most power in the feudal system.<br>Q3:<br>The Black Death originated in Asia, it spread from rats hopping on to merchants boats.<br>Q4:<br>Primary sources are considered the most useful when understanding the Black Death.<br>Q5:<br>Due to the Black death lots of people died which caused a labour shortage. It influenced the Peasants revolt because everyone had their wages set to pre-plague levels.<br>Q6:<br>OCAM stands for origin, context, audience and motive.<br>Q7:<br>A primary source from the time of the Black Death is considered a reliable source because it is taken from the time of the event and the author would know what there talking about. <br>Q8:<br>In December 1348 the Black Death spread further North and East from Italy.<br>Q9:<br>The hygiene of the villages and cities during the Medieval times did help the spread of disease because they didn't have any proper places to put there waste so the waste was just hanging around in the streets which attracted more rats and caused the plague to spread further.<br>Q10:<br>If a person had the Black Death then they would go to the Church and ask the priest to help cure them. Treatments used at the time of the Black Death included ringing the Church bells to drive the plague away and putting dried up toads on boils which would draw out the poisons from the boil.<br><br></div><div><br> <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Q1(a) The year of the peasants revolt was 1381 on the 30th of may.<br>Q1(b) When a tax collector tried for his third time in  4 years to levy  the poll tax. <br>Richard 11's war against France was going badly, the government's reputation was damaged, and tax was 'the last straw'<br>Q2-  (3) the church had the most power due to everyone being Christian if you said you weren't you would be beheaded.<br>Q3-  The black death travelled along trading routes. Merchandise ships frequently had rats an board, the rats which got in the boats in china and India. These places were thought to be were the Black Death started. But the boats transferred the disease to the sailors in board, who transferred it to the people working on the docks were they landed. It is thought to have started in Italy.<br>Q4- Primary sources are considered more useful when understanding the effects of the Black Death because it is from the time and more trustworthy.<br>Q5- </div>]]></description>
