this is my grandma and grandpa's old house before the two both sadly died. I had never gotten to meet my grandpa but I get told many stories about him from my dad. My grandma on the other hand passed away in 2022 but when my parents moved to Kentucky our house wasn't built quite yet so we had to stay in this house and I got to sleep in the closet :D .

I have been to this place to many times for it to not be here. I think the first time there I was about four months old and personally I think I have been on over 150 flights going in and out of here.

I Had my first middle school all state here. They finally allowed middleschoolers to audition for all district and all state last year and let me tell you it was the best experience I have ever had. First of all I didn't even expect to make it in because I was sick when I auditioned but low and behold I got the fourth highest chair in the entire freaking state of Kentucky. It was about a three hour drive from CAL to Madisonville Kentucky and I was stuck in a car with six boys the entire time but other than that it was a blast. The picture is of me , felix, and greyson stine after our concert.

This it my oldest sisters house that I spent a lot of time at this summer because my mom basically sees her baby as a god and she needs to be treated with the upmost respect. I love my sister though and my brother in law. She also has a dog named Minnie who is a big mutt who acts like an angry toddler half the time and a big fat cat named Jeff who acts as dull as his name. I took this photo of them and their dog.

so about three years ago i went on a cruise to go see Alaska. At first i thought it would be really boring but then when we got to this glacier i rethought all my expectations right away. this photo itself is not of the glacier but a waterfall called nugget falls that is sourced from the glacier. I got to drink from it :D

This is the exact spot where me and my entire immediate family got together to do something that we all enjoyed . And i got bit by a stingray :D the picture is me and my sisters all together.

This is where i had my first all district and got a taste of what people putting in effort to play in a band feels like. I can never forget the feeling of hearing us all play that first song. Also the thing that brought me the most joy was the fact that over half our section was female trombonists . There are not enough of us .😞

grandmas town

I couldn't find them exact address of my moms side grandmas house but this is the city she lives in . Every fourth of july , my grandpa takes me and some of my cousins and lets us ride in his car in the fourth of July parade. In this picture she had just gotten over bone cancer that was in her jaw.

This unspecific person was my first real friend at Cal that i still have today. This is her house that i have many great and not so great memories at :] We are besties.

mission trip

In 2019 i took a mission trip to what i thought we would do go build a house. But no , my mom signed up up to go work at a girls school .

So i used to go to and still sometimes go to this church in Indiana called northside . They do mission trips and my mom thought it would be a good experience for me to go and see a third world country like my sisters have in the past. So without my will ,she signs me up for this along with herself. The plane ride was cool and the trip to the camp was cool too with all of the terrain. But when i saw the room we were staying in that had six other people in it and the power didn't work, i almost immediately looked at my mother if as asking silently

"you're kidding … right?"

She wasn't kidding . the only fun thing was nightly worship and the other kids there along with the playground stuff.

(Btw one of the guys the first night got stung by a scorpion when he was putting on his shoe)

The first few days with the girls were fun until we had our day where we got to go to Guatemala city and go look at all the local shops. On the bus ride there, I'm half asleep and my mom next to me goes " what's that in your hair?"

It was lice.

The thing that she didn't tell me was that all of the little girls at the school had freaking lice . So basically the rest of that trip was ruined . And not to mention the flight we had back had to go through Dallas and i got to have a bite of American food for the first time in a week at chic fa la. they messed up my order and it made me sad :[
