Julius Caesar was born into a very wealthy family. Being brought up in a sophisticated lifestyle with many influential people all around, it was imminent for him to be one of the greatest Roman generals of all time. He had a wife known as Calpurnia along with many side chicks as well. It was not unusual for Caesar to fall to the group and shake rapidly since he had the "Falling Sickness". Which was either caused from epilepsy or a sexually transmitted disease.

"'Tis very like. He hath the falling sickness." (Act l Scene ii 253-254)
