🪻I feel relieved, good, and happy. While being in this usrah i have gained a lot of new knowledge. I also met a new friend

5 PILLARS OF ISLAM

1) Shahada

• “There is no god worthy of worship except Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah”

2) Salah

• Performing the five daily prayers

3) Zakat

• Giving a fixed portion of one’s wealth to the poor and needy, if financially able.

4) Fasting

• Abstaining from food, drink, and other invalidating actions from dawn to sunset during the month of Ramadan.

5) Performing Hajj (haji)

• Performing hajj if financially and physically stable

The importance of pillars of Islam here is the pillars shape a Muslim’s faith, behavior, character, and social responsibility

MINOR SIGN OF THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT

• The death of Prophet Muhammad SAW

• Increase in killing, wars, and bloodshed.

• People boasting about their mosques.

• Spread of immorality and shamelessness (zina, adultery).

What is ihsan??

=Ihsan is when were doing good to other people.

=Surah Al-Nahl ayat 50

=The example of ihsan is doing good to family and prevent the abominable and evil doing, well treatment, and do not be disrespectful to parents

I also learned that ihsan is wajib while being fair (ADIL) is necessary.

🌸 This usrah reminded me to improve myself and strengthen my relationship with Allah and I also learned valuable lessons that motivate me to become a better Muslim

𝄞 Islam teaches fasting so that one experiences being in a lower state; controlling oneself from eating day and night, and understanding the condition of those who are poor and and lack of food.

𝄞 Islam prescribes fasting for 30 days to reform and improve the self fasting creates a supportive environment

𝄞 When everyone is fasting, one feels a sense of shame or restraint from eating openly, such as in a cafe
