Substance abuse is the biggest problem because states all over America are legalizing different drugs, and when they legalize these drugs, the streets bring out different and stronger drugs. People abuse drugs or alcohol because of the way that drug or alcohol makes the person feel. Substance abuse could lead to unemployment because managers would not let them get it. Another problem America faces is is immigration. You should volunteer because you will be helping people and also show others that you are a good citizen which could motivate the person to volunteer and help just like you did.
