         <description><![CDATA[<div>I try to get between 8 to 10 hours of sleep a day, I regularly sleep between 9pm and 10pm and wake up at 6am or 7am.<br><br>I make sure to eat all my three meals a day and add some fruits and veggies to my breakfast and dinner and sometimes my lunch.<br><br>Regarding my weekly exercise plan, I go to a football club 4 times a week on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. On my days off which are Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, I sometimes on these days depending on whether I'm feeling good or not I do a HIIT treadmill workout for fat loss or a full body workout for muscle gain or a HIIT body mass workout also for muscle gain. I also try to add some stretches before and after the workouts.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I sleep around 7-9 hours a day to make sure my brain is rested well, although sometimes i have a habit of staying up late and sleeping at 2am.<br><br>My diet isnt the best of diets, i usually just eat enought calories to maintain my weight, so i dont lose or gain weight.<br><br>I get around 10,000 steps a day, which isnt alot but im&nbsp; working on it</div>]]></description>
