The site also provides reasons as to why the model and its flow are important.

The Khan Academy site also talks about GDP and its role in the economy but goes over a more mathematical or numerical approach. The site goes over 2 different methods of calculation and mentions the use of a third. It is to be noted however that all methods should provide the same value. This site also has various hyperlinks containing more information on GDP and the circular flow model, most of the links are videos to other various Khan Academy videos and sources providing various examples and explanations.

This video provides a good explanation of how the Circular flow model works in a basic economy. The way he explains the model by building upon it layer by layer provided an easy following. This video would apply more so to towns and cities rather than a country as a whole. He provided plenty of real-world examples that are very common and easy to understand, not to mention he has a mini in-video quiz to test the watchers.

The video is short and attention-drawing but yet not lacking in information. He really likes to emphasize the fact that this is an everyday 24/7 cycle and promotes an economic way of thinking.

This video is an extension of the last one, in this video, he goes into detail about how circular flow is important to GDP. He provides a brief economical history of the Depression, and he does this by talking about shrinking and growing economies. He explains the information by first providing an understanding of what GDP is and how representative of the market it is. He then takes what he explains about the concept of GDP and leads into the Income Approach. The income approach dives more into what counts as GDP and what doesn't. He then ties it all back into the circular flow model explaining where it fits into the model. He also provides a fill in the blank sheet along with a multiple-choice question for the viewers to participate.

https://www.investopedia.com/terms/circular-flow-of-income.asp

This link helps give a further insight to how the circular flow model will run its course throughout the country in addition to helping the governments and banks adjust monetary and fiscal policies to benefit the economy as a whole. In addition to the already positive effects of the circular flow chart, the banks and governments having the power to change the policies as need be will help the positives grow as the monetary values change over time. This will mainly help the businesses as well in terms of becoming more mainstream. This is again beneficial due to the amount of growing small businesses Canada is home to. Due tot the pandemic there has been more so if there is more room for succeeding in terms of the monetary value that these businesses could being to the country.

1. one thing that was surprising is that the circular flow model is that it's not just a theory, but rather a simplified representation of the economy that can be used to study and analyze various economic trends and changes.

2. For businesses, the model can be used to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions. This would impact things like supply distribution, production, and more which all work into the flow model.

3. I would explain that it's a useful tool for analyzing economic interactions and understanding how various factors, such as consumer spending and government intervention, impact the economy. This is something that could provide useful within the flux of the economy and could help provide insight into what to do if the economy is changing.

The man on the island benefits in multiple ways as does the firm by generating business. Both parties are gaining profit by helping each other. This extends to a larger population and multiple other strings connecting the web that forms the economy. Again capitalizing on how both parties in this specific scenario are benefitting by the presence and business of each other. This is exactly how the circular flow chart is used between countries and other continents with objects such as food, business as well as services.
