Half of the group (125 people in each group) were given a free three month gym trial and a workout plan created for them by the personal trainers at the gym to achieve the best results possible, as well as assist those who were not experienced in what workouts to do. We measured their levels of happiness at the beginning and ned of the three months, as well as their satisfaction with working out as a whole.

There is also no Double Blind in our experiment because each workout routine is based on that person's original goals and preferences, so we need to know who specifically is in each group.

The statistical significance is very clear within this survey, given that there was a clear correlation between exercise and overall satisfaction is someone's job, given for people who did not enjoy their job there was an increase of thirty units, and even for people who enjoyed their jobs and began exercising, also resulted in a clear increase of thirteen percent. Additionally, there was a small increase of 1.5 units for people who already enjoyed their job but did not exercise and a one point decrease for those who did not enjoy their job and did not exercise, showing a relation between excessing and job satisfaction since their was a clear increase in job happiness for those people who exercised during the survey.
