Yes, I do because this program accomplished a lot for America by providing paying jobs and helping those who needed the money to get back on their feet and out of unemployment.

It was a good idea to start with because it brought hope to those who were unemployed and brought them out of it. This program helped build up other agencies and foundations that could not have been created without this program. So, yes this was a responsible use of spending.

Some people may have not liked the idea because not everyone was fortunate to be offered a paying job from the government. Also some might have thought instead of giving paying projects,they could have distribute the money to even more people in need.
