I made this from 3 types of tissue wrapping paper: white, patterned and silver. The best was the patterned paper as it was less inclined to unwind. I used a fine cartridge paper with a slight fleckle in it. Hardest part keeping the tension of the roll, and making it long enough. The mauve was the smoothest, and I polished it for good measure with a stone. I tore up some toilet tissue, put it in a clean jar and almost filled it with water. I shook the jar for about a minute. Then I put the resulting pulp in a bowl of water and stirred it round. I used a metal kitchen sieve to scoop a little of the pulp. Then I put in a dried flower before scooping more pulp. I left it in the sieve to dry on a radiator.
