Super important to support all students in accessing education and growing appropriately.
 
Second to that would be law around discipline. It is important that discipline is to teach not punish. And, the laws protect the rights of families. You don’t ever want to be in the news. So, you must take every report seriously. Investigate fully. And, ensure appropriate disciplinary action is taken.
