During this time you need to be on your best behavior and focus on doing your job at the best of your ability. Things to keep in mind are

Try not to call in sick (or plan vacations for those who have vacation time) unless you truly are sick or there is an emergency
Make sure you show up to work on time and you return from your lunch on time
Make sure to act appropriately with your colleagues/ the students. Keep it professional

While you're on probation the district can choose to let you go for any reason they want. It's important to conduct yourself properly in order to pass your probation
