If learning is not occurring teachers must intervene accordingly.
*Teaching requires passionate people who know a variety of learning strategies, and what is or isn't working for their students. They know their students, and create an environment with a variety of learning strategies.
*TEACHERS are among the most powerful influences on learning. Teachers must be passionate about learning, students, teaching, and the subjects they teach.

Excellent teachers have five qualities that make them experts.
1. Expert teachers have deep understanding of the subjects they teach as well as the knowledge of the teaching strategies that would best go with the lesson. They organize curriculum and content in a way that shows an obvious sequence to the learning. They are also aware of the errors students might make, allowing them to be more responsive to students.
2. Expert teachers create a classroom climate of trust, which allows students to feel comfortable making mistakes.
3. Expert teachers know when their lesson plans are not working and improvise so students can master the learning intentions.
4. Expert teachers have respect for their students and believe all students can learn. They also make sure they are using different strategies to ensure they are teaching to every student.
5. Expert teachers influence deeper student outcomes than test scores. They also influence students to become competent citizens who become thoughtful citizens in the world.
