         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mortality- unhappy with choices in life if they weren’t fulfilled<br><br>Upset they don’t have much time left <br><br>Angry they are all dying (missed opportunities)<br><br>May have alienated/loss of relationships<br><br>No growth-May not like who we’ve become<br><br>Depressed that we’ve lived this long <br><br>Can't keep up with the times (technology, world changes and many others) and have anxiety as a result.<br><br>Physical deterioration- Loss of hearing/eyesight. Depression, trouble sleeping<br><br>A need for medication may become prevelent.          <description><![CDATA[<div>-Independence (understanding the weight of the responsibility and choices have consequence)<br><br>-Career comes first (focus on how to make life or end of life better)<br><br>-Relationships takes backseat to work (dollar driven and focused on self-sufficiency)<br><br>-More expectations (expectation that others will come through even when they don’t)<br><br>-Trying to stay ahead of younger generation (wanting to stay relevant and “hip”)<br><br>-Not wanting to take steps to being an adult and become a motivated member of society.<br><br>-Trying to "keep up with the Jones's" so that you can be an accepted member/family in the community.<br><br>-Not being able to live up to what mom and dad want you to do in your career and experiencing relationship buriers because of it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Less relevant to society (disengaged with people or didn’t want to learn new thigs to be relevant)<br><br>-Empty nest syndrome (life was lived for children and not a balance of self and family)<br><br>-Caring for their own aging parents (refusing to accept mortality)<br><br>-Coping with loss (refusal to accept what is or refusing to go through the mourning process)<br><br>-Not feeling like a contributing member of society (depression or loneliness)<br><br>-Lose credibility (not accountable to others, selfishness)<br><br>-Health goes down/battle with health (depression and negative outlook contribute to this)<br><br>-Physical strength diminishes (not taking care of body/mind as a lifestyle)<br><br>-Unwilling to accept that their mortality is real because of fear.  This can lead to not making plans after they pass to make it easier on their family members.  <br><br>-They can become very tired because of their older age and use their age as an excuse to not do anything.<br><br>-Giving up on anything motivational because they are "too old" to do that anymore.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Building good relationships (positive outlook and language/ they want to be around you)<br><br>-Not as concerned about image (self-awareness has breed self-confidence in who you are)<br><br>-Light at end of tunnel (retirement) (worked hard to create this life and happy with choices made)<br><br>-Responsibilities slow down (parenting, job,) (ready to pass baton/keeper of knowledge and culture)<br><br>-Enjoy more hobbies (openness to change and willingness to learn new things and settled in that)<br><br>-Financially stable (made good choices – or making good choices- and feel comfortable in that)<br><br>-Career stability (feel active in daily duties and fulfilled at job)<br><br>-Get to experience new things and accomplish lifelong goals along the way.  <br><br>-Spend more time with Grandchildren and impart their experiences on them and create new traditions.<br><br>-They have seen how fast life can fly by, so they truly make every moment count and slow down while they are at it.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
