I personally would love it if we can reply within 24 hours to each other if that's possible, if not that's totally understandable. By communicating faster we can get through more work without confusion and frustration.

This will require a lot of dedication and hard work from each of our sides. I would love to see the same effort that I am putting into this position so are my fellow officers. We should be encouraged all the way through to the end of next year, and work hard and dedicated all the time no matter what. This includes coming to meetings whenever possible, finishing work to the best quality possible and in a timely manner. This would also mean that should there be a conflict or another commitment it should be communicated and relayed.
