It's a modern house with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a light and cozy living room. All bedrooms have high ceilings. This house has a spacious terrace and huge swimming pool. Swimming after 8 p.m. is not allowed.

The neighborhood - beautiful hotel Djulber and one of Crimea's popular sightseeing - The castle Swallow’s nest. From Gaspra you can set off to(on) the majority village - Oreanda, Koreis, Simeiz. Yon can use public transport - bus or yourself (own) transport.

This house is suitable for a big family with children, which would like to have a vacation.

So, our regular house have to be in the calm place to feel solitude with nature. Deers on(in) the backyard and typical green lawn around. Although, I don't exclude that I will not want to grow berries or fruit trees, but not potato, no! We will have to have a fire pit for cold evening autumn and BBQ zone. Additionally, we definitely should have the sweeming (swimming) pool and the jacuzzi.

The house will be not huge and will have only one flor (floor) ( it's very uncomfortable to go up and down during whole day, especially, when people are becoming older). However, it will have spaciuos rooms and fireplace in the leaving room. The main- there will be a lot of bathrooms! and a separate guest room.

I wouldn't want to have neighbors nearby, but leave in loneless I wouldn't want too (either). It not safe. Indeed, I would like to have a good reletionship and a lot in common with theim to help each other, if it be(is) necessary or meet on weekend.

I believe, that it certainly come true, exectly loke thta or even better!

If to be honest, I don’t care where my house will be. It can be close to the big city or with the stunning view of the sea or mountains whatever. It just has to be convenient for my life. I have to be able to order products, food etc. it has to be comfortable for my future children to study there I don’t want to spend a lot of time on the road.

It should be huge house where living room and kitchen will be together because I saw that design in IKEA and I still remember it and I wanna make it true. of course I want two or more bathrooms, cosy bedroom in beige colours, one or two rooms for future children. And of course, I wouldn’t be against guest room if I be rich I will make everything on maximum. Of course, I want to have a big balcony or Terrace for barbecue, for party whatever. And I want a big garden where I can plant a lot of flowers.. because if you wanna have stunning view, even if you don don’t have the stunning view of nature you can create your own perfect view.

The neighbourhood. I don’t care I just wanna have opportunity to buy medicine, product, I want to have an opportunity to make manicure or massage etc. it means that I wanna leave close to big city 😁

This house is ideal for a big family with one or two children and for three cats.
