I was shocked to see that all around the store they had posters which stated either about sustainability, schemes in which they are running and how to repurpose or take back old clothing. Although this was for all of their outdoor clothing this was included in their denim range. Every staff member was happy to discuss this with me and was educated on repossess. Once buying a piece of clothing on the swing tag there would be information too. It was really nice to speak to a first hand seamstress at nudie jeans. He was super happy to answer any questions and infect super intrigued. I guess they will be trained on all the answers but he seemed like he was reading from a script! 
Around the shop I could see a large amount of posters about their processes and sustainability. When walking in the staff member was sewing on his sewing machine right in the centre, this looked super interesting and straight away when customers walk in they would be intrigued. All I have to say was that it’s super simple. It takes you through a few steps and super easy instructions. From what I read, you send off your item, they repair it and send it back within 4-6 weeks, if they can’t fix it they will recycle it. This implements FULL EPR. I used online sources because they were the most up to date and modern, as a lot of the new technologies were created 2018 onwards there were no written pieces that had been produced on them. I believe that I did get some good research from this, however, I would have liked to get some more primary research. Due to my question being about brands it was hard to get any information. I had emailed a few other brands such as MUD jeans but did not hear any response. I did not want to ask any customers questions because I believe I needed to research the core. Next time I would prepare more and do the primary research more in advance!
